In 2009, winners of the Rural Health Awards were Anne Bates and Sandra 'Harry' Higgs (Health Worker category), John Jones (Community category) and the Rotary Club of Wynyard (Group category). Their successful nomination forms are included to assist you with your nominations in 2011.
